We offer a variety of transcription services to fit your needs. We have experience not only in providing medical transcription for clinics and small practices, but also providing legal review of medical records.

No project is too large or too small for us to handle. We are big enough to handle all your large projects and small enough to provide individualized services. Each physician is assigned a regular transcriptionist. In this manner the physicians will feel at ease and comfortable with the same person transcribing his/her reports instead of work being dictated to a pool for various transcriptionists to transcribe.

LoneStar Transcript, based in Grand Prairie, Texas, has been providing fast, dependable, quality medical transcription services throughout Texas since 2001. With digital dictation and secure file transfer there are no geographical limits to the distance our services can service.

We will provide turn around time to meet your needs of 12, 24, or 48 hours. We provide STAT reports. We will work with you to create the office template that meets your needs.

If you already use a digital recorder for transcription, we will provide 3 reports for free to try our service. If you are pleased, as we feel you will be, then we could discuss our very competitive rates. When an arrangement is met and an initial contract is signed, LoneStar Transcript will provide the first digital handheld recorders to all our clients -- At No Charge. The contract can be negotiated for a long or short term and high or low volume accounts.

At LoneStar Transcription our transcriptionists have been satisfactorily trained and completed an approved program in the field of Medical transcription. They each have been working in this field for several years and are trained in numerous specialties. If you do not see your specialty listed, please feel free to ask about the specialty you need, as we are certain we can accommodate your needs.

We use the digital transcription method as files transfer quickly and easily for fast retrieval and almost immediately can begin the transcription process. The dictation is clearer than past methods. If you still prefer microcassette recorder we can pick up tapes once daily within a 20 mile radius.

We will transmit finished reports to you by secure encrypted e-mail, secure FTP or fax. If you choose to use the FTP method, we will set up a secure FTP address for your uploads and downloads at no charge. We meet HIPAA rules and regulations.
